Rubric: Monitoring PMEL

Use this set of self-guided questions in the rubric to keep an eye on your PMEL work. I used the idea of 'Who watches the Watchmen?' as a guiding question. It's split into four categories: bias, inclusion, transformation, and responsiveness.
