Another great resource from SocialCops and Atlan, this ebook is the 'Ultimate Guide to Effective Data Collection'.

You'll find best practices on surveys, qualitative and quantitative basics, sampling, interview design, and distinguishing between different levels of data (outcome versus outputs, for example).

There's also great bonus content on designing and piloting surveys and doing accurate data collection.
