What is the difference between a learning agenda and a learning plan when building your learning culture? Which do you need?
A learning plan focuses more on your projects and daily work. It relates to knowledge creation and management and improving your programming. The focus here is on learning to improve your work or interventions.
A learning agenda looks more broadly at the work you do at an organisational level. Planning and preparing one allows you to work more effectively and efficiently. A learning agenda can include:
a set of questions that address your main knowledge gaps
a set of questions that help you look forward to where you want to be as an organisation
programmes and activities that can help you address them
sometimes you may come up with knowledge products that help share your findings - like case studies and online publications.
